"The first time they came out it was discovered that the existing lights I had were not the same size as the lights they had in the truck. They measured the lights and the owner told me he would try to find the correct size. About 2 days later he called and said he had found the correct lights at the same price as the deal $199.  I also needed an additional light installed and he charged me a reasonable $95 for the 5th light.  We arranged our schedules and set an appointment for the installation.  The team of 2 came on time and were very polite and friendly. I had purchased another hall light and asked how much for installation, the guy said he would not charge me anything and do it as a courtesy install.  About 90 minutes later all the work was done, the mess was cleaned up and my new recessed lights as well as a new dimmer switch and new hall light were installed.  I gave the guy another $25 for installing the hall light.  All in all it was a very good experience and I would use them again.

"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.
