"Drew from Legacy Plumbing came out IMMEDIATELY to our rescue because not only were all toilets and showers unusable because water would flood downstairs but we had a birthday get-together with family happening within the hour. Drew was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our clog and we needed a replacement part for an obvious leak. Legacy Plumbing is super honest, and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off with unnecessary b.s.. This is the second time we've called and because of the great job he did on our last major issue with our old pipes, we called him again. I had previously had another company cut roots from and scope the sewer line from the house to the main.
I was not home at the time of the work.
They reported that my line had severe breaks and needed to be replaced or relined. Cost would be over $10,000.
Of course, I wanted a second opinion on the condition of the line and need for repair.
Big Angelos came out - On Time and professional.
I told him why he was there and he allowed me to watch as he scoped the line and I could see for myself.
We watched as the camera clearly showed that the materials that the pipe was made from was not as described by the original plumber / con-man. Further, Big Angelo's showed me how the line was slightly damaged, but not anything that needed to be addressed for perhaps 10 years or more. Perhaps more importantly, the scope showed how the line was shared by my neighbor! If I had replaced or lined the pipe, I could have prevented my neighbor's sewage from draining.
He let the job be what it was. Meaning he was called to scope and assess the drain. That is what he did and he did it well. Explained  and answered concerns and questions and didn't exaggerate or try to upsell me into anything else.
I have since referred Big Angelo's to a property manager friend of mine and another home owner in Carmel. Both were very satisfied and keep Big Angelo's as their Go To Plumber.
I appreciate that they handle their business fairly / professionally. I wish more service companies were like this.

"My service request was to replace my kitchen faucet that was leaking. It was a Moen that probably cost close to $200. when it was installed years ago. My Moen was replaced with a faucet and spray nozzle that was pretty cheap that felt like a cheap plastic. My Ex husband made the comment, “WOW! Looks like they went all out and bought that faucet from dollar general! Let’s see how long that thing lasts!” I hate to admit it, but this time he was right. When I would turn on the faucet, the water stream had no pressure. It was like a string of water that came out of the faucet. I would have to use the spray nozzle in order to get a forceful stream. Well yesterday, I reached for the nozzle and it broke. (That faucet had been installed less than 5 month ago.) So now, I have a little stream of water coming from the faucet with a broken spray nozzle. I decided I’m just going to have my son replace the whole thing with a Moen. I’ve always had a great experience with AHS. I probably won’t use AHS again to replace faucet fixtures etc. (I notified AHS about the problem soon after the faucet/sprayer was installed, but they said I would need to put in another work order. I figured, it would just be replaced with another cheap faucet.)"
