"Not a bathtub installation but a new shower."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Wonderful experience, superior bath replaced a bathtub with a walk-in shower. This is the second replacement shower done with them in the last two years and both look amazing. Installers were professional, courteous, kept the work area clean during the installation process. Very satisfied."

"Mad City Windows and Baths have replaced two windows for us as well as replaced our bathtub shower unit in our guest bath. In all cases the jobs went great from sales visits to installation. Everything was timely, professional, and clean. We would gladly use this team again!"

"Dennis and David were wonderful to work with.  We hired them to install glass tile blacksplashes in our kitchen and bar area.  I'm very picky and it was wonderful to witness how conscientious, thoughtful and detailed they were during the installation.  They also completed the job with such efficiency!
They are masters of their craft and I would refer them without hesitation!  They are true Rock Stars!
