"Came promptly. Did not give good explanation or followup"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Mr. Mark was prompt and neat and was able to address all my concerns while reinstalling my wired fire detectors. He is pleasant and calm and very customer friendly. Will definitely hire again."

"Easy appointment and prompt. Repaired without unnecessary padding of extra parts, or taking entire appliance apart. Basically applied a good cleansing of necessary part and the appliance was useable again. Thank you."

"Very responsive. Was able to set up appointment for appliance evaluation within a day. On-site trouble shooting was very good. Price-cost value for analysis and recommendation for repair was also very good."

"I contacted Jose (JM Appliance Repair) because my electric dryer was not working. He asked me what was happening and after a brief conversation, he told me what to do! It worked! He saved me from spending money on repairs or even buying a new dryer! I asked him if I could send him something because he saved me a lot of money and he said no!!! He just wanted me to write a review and recommend him to my friends (which I already did!) I am writing this review so you know where to find an honest guy! That is such a rare commodity! I can’t wait for my next appliance breakdown! I’ll know exactly who to contact! Thank you Jose!"
