"They were honest. The project will be to costly as the whole driveway needs replacing and I agree. I was hoping for a fix but that’s not an option"

"We are so fortunate to have made the decision to work with Milestone Restoration on our project. We highly respect Mik and his entire team for the work. Mik was always in communication with us and available for our questions along the way. There were so many positive things -the detail of their work and the pride they put into every part of it are at the top of that list. There were no hidden surprises on costs and the job was completed on time. Mik was a pleasure to work with every step of the way and it's clear why he's so respected in his field. I highly recommend using Milestone Restoration and Roofing for a renovation job. We are absolutely thrilled with the results!"

"it went amazing. Even though it was not a very large job, Ed came out three times to discuss project and my reservations. He was punctual, very informative and very congenial. I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. Ed came by every day to make sure everything was going perfectly and it was. Everything was cleaned up meticulously and the crew even did a few extra things esthetically to make up for the slight delay caused by weather. The result was beyond my expectations and I have received so many compliments on it, from even my most critical family members. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Thank you Ed and company. I will highly recommend you and will have other projects for you when budget permits."

Introducing Concraised, Leveling your concrete so it’s as even and great looking as the day it was poured.\n\nAt Concraised we use the Foamjacking method to level & repair sunken concrete surfaces. We serve homeowners, residential and commercial property managements & municipalities.\n\nHow it works:\nConcrete slab lifting works like this:\n\n1) Injection of environmentally-safe foam under the existing concrete\n 2) Foam expands to fill the void at the same time compressing the soil underneath\n 3) Slab is raised completely back to level\n\nConcraised, making great first impressions, one perfect walkway at a time.

"Movers were very professional, on time and moved everything with care. They were very patient and helped me move things from one room to another and up to the attic for storage. A great experience. Payment and office paperwork was all dealt with very smoothly. Thank you"

"We couldn't be more delighted. John Trezza and his family are true professionals - they do what they say they're going to do, on time, and they do it exceptionally well. John is obviously a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. We're noticing little things - like how he re-laid the end of our brick walkway to correspond with the new Belgian block, and how he re-routed a downspout after the work was done - that are testament to his dedication to his craft. I'd recommend John's company to anyone, and would be proud to serve as a reference should he so desire."

FAQs for concrete delivery projects in Somerset, NJ

The amount of concrete you need varies by project. One 80lb bag covers an area of about 2 square feet, for a slab 4 inches thick. Two 60lb bags of concrete cover an area of about 2 square feet for a slab that is 6 inches thick.

A truckload of concrete can usually hold a maximum of 10 cubic yards.

The cost of concrete per cubic yard depends on which brand you purchase, but usually costs about $110 for bags.

It takes about 41 bags of concrete to fill a cubic yard. Always plan to buy a few bags more than the exact required amount in case of mistakes.

To calculate the amount of concrete you need for a slab, you should find the cubic yardage of the area you will be filling. Just follow these steps:

  1. Measure the area in feet.

  2. Multiply length by width, and then by thickness.

  3. Divide the resulting number by 27 to find cubic yards.
