"Window King did a great job installing my custom made, new construction Okna windows, as well as a large 6 panel Okna bow window. Their price was BY FAR the lowest out of the 4 other reputable window installers I went to for quotes. In addition, their customer service was great, helping me coordinate with the coinciding installation of my vinyl siding. I definitely recommend Window King, especially for large, complex jobs!"

"I could not have had a better experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the windows themselves and Alan and Angie's customer service is top notch! <br /> <br /> Plus, Alan spent a lot of time working with me to design a custom 'sunburst' window for the living room which ended up looking even better than I expected! <br /> I HIGHLY recommend Gild-N-Son and I would absolutely use them again. <br />"

"I hired Window & Door Outlet to replace nearly all of the windows in my home. Sam was very helpful and not at all pushy. After shopping around I went with Window & Door Outlet as the Sunrise Windows that they sell seemed to have some of the best performance characteristics, warranty, and overall positive reviews. The price was also very competitive. Installation of 25 or so windows took 2 days and was scheduled 2-3 weeks after the order was placed, just as anticipated. I was very pleased working with Sam and the ordering process but the installation has some room for improvement. The installation crew was not Window & Door employees, which I was not aware of. They didn't do a great job protecting and dented or loosened a handful of the window sills as they pryed out the old windows. They also left bits or insulation, vinyl, and shards of glass in the yard. They got the job done and were friendly but there is room for improvement. Also as an FYI.... I opted to get low-e glass since the additional cost was minimal. The low-e coating that Sunrise uses is not great visually (in my opinion). It has a pronounced green tint to it, though others may not find the tint to be an issue. We're getting used to it. In the photo the left window is an original window that hadn't been replaced yet and the right is the new Sunrise window with low-e coating. Overall I was pleased with Window & Door Outlet and would use them again as well as recommend them to others, though request a different installation company."

"I was extremely pleased with American General Windows & Revovation's performance.  Not only did they perform quality work, they communicated well (featuring on-time appearances), and they absolutely managed my expectations ... then delivered as promised.  Their attention to detail and clean-up after completing the work earns applause.  Owner (Lenny Berk) is totally hands-on -- a terrific attribute with a terrific attitude.  In other words, you are speaking directly with the boss and decision-maker.  The materials used were of the highest quality.  The workmen were job-focused and courteous.  American General Windows & Renovation is a "turn-key" operation.  All in all, I was delighted with their overall operation and highly recommend them. <br />"

"After dealing with other contractors, Tony and his team were a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable and had reasonable pricing. Because we agreed upon having our windows installed before we moved in, Tony took great measures to get that accomplished. His installer also went above and beyond during his time here. We are definitely planning to use them again for other items on our house and would recommend them to any/everyone."

"The door took more than around 2 months to arrive. Jim kept me posted of the progress (A+ for responsiveness). Greg did a great job with the installation BUT there was a blemish in the finish. I emailed pics to Jim and he took full responsibility, extending the warranty to 5 years. I tried living with the blemish for a month, but it was at eye level and a neighbor and a relative commented on it, Jim was understanding and sent 2 refinishers who corrected the problem to the point that I now have to look hard to find any traces of the blemish. The door looks magnificent !! Jim was reachable by phone and email and never shirked from giving me full satisfaction. I loved his pride in his work and sense of responsibility."

"The window was out for over two weeks, but when it came back, it fit perfectly. I was very satisfied with the work, but I thought the cost seemed a bit high. <br /> <br /> I initially had problems getting them to come out to estimate the job. They cancelled an appointment one time. However, the installation was done on a Sunday, which surprised me and was a credit to their commitment to completing the job."
