"Dean deserves the highest praise for the amazing work he did replacing my front entry door and storm door. I have an old house, and the doorway was very drafty and damaged. The job itself presented many challenges, but Dean was undaunted. He figured out solutions at every turn and put in the extra time and effort that were required to get this job done. Dean's expertise cannot be overstated. I have to add that the customer service of the front office is top-notch. I spoke mostly with Ron and Sydney, and they were both friendly, responsive, and accommodating. "Don  is a  very personable, energetic handyman. My house is 60 years old and is gradually in need of some repairs. He replaced a doorknob, reseated a heavy door that had come off its hinges, repaired a broken chair, replaced a leaky washer in the kitchen tap, reseated an outdoor light knocked out by a storm which he will replace at a later date, and installed a new mailbox.
I would certainly recommend Don because I think he could repair anything.

Messaged Serge with the app on a Sunday night expecting a response Monday am. He got right back to me that night and scheduled an appointment to take a look on Monday.
Received a call saying he was running a little late - an actual call from someone letting me know of a delay. AWESOME. Turned out was only about 15 minutes - but nice communication!
An upstairs bathroom had leaked downstairs and through the ceiling. He gave me an estimate for the job and was able to come back Christmas Eve to complete. Hard worker!
He said he would arrive a 8am with another guy. Guess what - showed up at 8am on time! With two guys! They took off shoes, laid down blankets and taped up plastic to contain dust. So clean.
They opened the ceiling and walls, found the leak and repaired it rather quickly. They spent 85% of their time doing a PERFECT job of repairing the wall and ceiling. They took their time - and you cannot even tell where the wall and ceiling was open. Like an artist!
Entire experience was great. Would call them again for anything I needed done in the house. Really great guys.

He was able to repair wood siding on my house that several other contractors did not want to touch, so a positive problem solver! I especially appreciate Walter's suggestions with the garage ceiling down, putting floor above ceiling, add attic stairs for easier access (was using ladder previously), adding more lighting (much better than before), repair basement stairway wall. I found all his suggestions to be extremely helpful as I would never have thought of it -until it was too late, if at all. Mike was also very conscientious about satisfying my aesthetics with the door trims (had preferred colors if doable). The work was bundled into one price including new lighting fixtures which turned-out to be exactly what I would have selected.
