"William came over when we had a leak going from our shower into the basement, and he honestly saved the day! He took the time to really listen and figure out exactly what was wrong, and he had the problem fixed relatively quickly. He was extremely professional, respectful, personable, and just an all-around great person to have in our home. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, and by the next day everything was completely back in order. I was honestly blown away by the entire experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant at the same time. I would absolutely recommend William to everyone! "They came out within a feq hours and installed a new sump pump. Very professional"

"Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."

"This type of work should be on â dirty jobsâ . These guys worked all day in a pretty awful NJ winter day but kept things as clean as possible, replaced 2 existing sumps with their triple sump and a supersump. Very happy with the install and peace of mind with the battery back up included in the triple sump."

"I needed my Sump Pump replaced. The Technician, Mark, did an excellent job. HOWEVER, I had priced the cost of a new pump at around $300, but Perri charged me $1200 + tax for the installation. OUTRAGEOUS"

"Replaced a noise attic fan. They were true to their word. When booking the appointment they mentioned they would give a price for the quote, once the work started that would lock in the price no matter what they found. Well, the quote was to replace the fan motor which had burnt out but when the technician tried to do that he realized the whole fan and casing were corroded so he had to replace the whole unit. And true to their word the price did not change. Work was done well if not a little pricey."

"The team at pipe works is totally focused on customer satisfaction. I called pipe works and I believe lisa or heather picked up the phone. I informed them about my toilet was clogged. She expressed compassion and empathy. She said I have to locate a service technician. She called back within 2 minutes. She asked is this an emergency? I said we can wait until the next day. She made an appointment with me. Delroy was scheduled the next day between 8-12am. Delroy arrived promptly within the given time. I expressed my concerns with my only toilet. Delroy, jumped into action. He went to his van. He returned with an auger. He attempted to unclog the toilet upstairs before going to downstairs to the waste pipe and or sewer. Delroy went back to his van and brought in the electric pipe snake. He went down stairs and attempted to unclog the blockage with the machine. 1st,2nd,3rd, attempt to no avail. Delroy remained constant. He manipulated the electric snake in such a way that the clog shattered. He called up stairs to try the toilet. I flushed the toilet. What a relief! Clog is gone. Delroy came upstairs. He brought his tools to the van. He came in and he went over the bill with me. I paid up. Delroy left. Pipe works goes above and beyond! I recommend pipework!"
