The old roof was taken off and the new one installed in just two days, and they made sure that any area with potential for leaks (dormers, chimneys, etc.) was properly reinforced and sealed. Our property was cleaned up spotlessly. The slate had been installed with copper nails, so they had to get on their hands and knees, looking through the grass, to make sure all those copper nails were found and removed. They had been recommended to me, and I am so glad they were!"

"We had vinyl replacement windows and sliding doors replace in our Arizona townhome, 14 windows, 3 of which were large custom shape, and 2 sliding doors. Power has an exclusive window with Pella. The windows and doors were available 3 days early and scheduled the installation 2 days early. All completed in one long day. The 5-man crew was very efficient and skilled. The foreman Pedro was great, communicated everything and asked questions, came up with some final finishing solutions and made sure everything was right. The only negative might be the slightly "caulked" appearance of the final product but it was well done. I think this is the compromise of a replacement window and for the price point was the right decision for this property. I could feel and hear the difference in heat gain and noise insulation immediately compared to the original single pane windows."

"Anyone with a slate or tile roof needing repairs should consider using Roberts Roofing. A tree crashed through my 70 year old slate roof. There was damage to half the front side of the house roof. The roof is very different from most slate roofs. While most slate roofs use the same color, width and thickness tile, my roof used random width, color and thickness tile. Matching their work to the old roof was a challenging job. The Roberts team ( 11 craftsmen ) removed slightly more than half the roof. They mixed in approximately 2,000 reclaimed tiles from their vast inventory with the tiles they harvested from my roof. The result.... excellent. The pattern match.... flawless. "Their crew did a great job even though only one of them could speak a little bit of English. I think they are all from South America which is fine. Shingles look good when they was done, great flashing job around the chimney, replaced carport roof cause it was rotted and did a good job and cleaned up all the debris good. Overall I was pleased with the work. My only complaint is that after the company is paid this is the last you will hear from them no matter how many times you try and contact them to call you back. Even the GAF roofing warranty papers they have not sent me even though they said they would. And the salesman did call on his own and left a message that he would mail the warranty to me, but I never got them even after I called about it several times and left messages.. So good roof work, but terrible customer service after they are fully paid. It's one of those things they know you will never call them again since I am 59 and will probably be dead before I need them again. Would I call them to do the work again if I am still hear for next roof....yes I probably would, but I will make sure everything I am supposed to get I do before I make final payment."

"Very well! Andrew the owner & his associates completed the job in two visits. The first was to power wash the cedar porch ceiling and decking/ railings which took about 2 1/2 hrs. Two days later (rain in forecast) they were able to polyurethane the ceiling & stain the rest in about 8 hrs. It turned out great and was long overdue."
