I contacted 3 companies to provide quotes of the 3 companies, 1 did not provide a quote and another took 3 weeks to get a quote. Before I received the 2nd quote, I already told Loebrich's to perform the work because of the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and it also helped the quote was fair. <br /> Loebrichs showed up on time and completed the initial work in a very professional manner and I was so pleased with the work (the initial job was just the 3 custom doors) that I had them stay for 3 more days completing several other jobs I needed done. The work was very well done and the house was always left cleaner than when the showed up. <br /> Loebrichs also paid very close attention to the little details for example we said we would finish the drywall and paint it. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

We had a couple of broken pieces and the guys were able to fix them on site. They also had to a dig up the ground a bit to level the set which all worked out great. HIGHLY recommend."

"The painters came app. an hour later than promised. However, they were very courteous and nice. It was explained that my walls and ceiling couldn't simply be painted over, but had to be prepared. They spent the time putting a sealer on the walls and polyurethaning the doors. Since the sealer needed several hours to completely dry, I had to schedule another appointment for the job to be finished. For this second appointment, the painter showed up on time and spent the whole day sanding the sealer and painting. I was very pleased with the results. <br />"

From the first day that Fred Williams, Operations Manager, came to our home on August 2, 2016, to the day the work was started, September 28, and completed, October 11, we had nothing but praise for the men, for their professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. There was a slight delay in getting the job started because we were not sure what the township needed for a building permit. Once this was completed, the project was underway without any problem. "<p>Had a problem with a nest of bees that made their home in the ceiling of a small bedroom. The house had been empty for many years and the hive was quite large. I had a beeman remove the hive, but it required him to cut a hole in the bedroom ceiling. So I needed someone to prevent the bees from returning, remove any remaining honeycomb, and repair the room.</p> <p>Unfortunately, I had trouble finding a contractor who was willing to work with me since I am located in New Jersey. Doug Weaver was willing to work with me. Since the house was empty, he could stop & start the project as he needed, but he did not delay in the repairs. He started before I expected him to, and I understand his workers even worked on weekends! (I have a neighbor who acts as caretaker & kept me up to date on the progress). We were able to communicate by phone to get the job done in a timely manner. I will be more than willing to work with Doug again, since my old house has many projects that still need completion!</p> <br />"

"<p>Crew arrived at 8am and immediately got to work, they had to clear hard crusted snow off the roof, One very nice young man came to the door introduced himself and explained the days work. They had the entire roofing done by 4pm. The cleanup was excellent as they walked the perimeter of house looking for any debris a number of times along with sweeping the driveway and walk way. Throughout the day they kept the work area neat and after leaving nothing was left behind except a very satisfied customer. The next day a young man returned to place a new gutter along with soffit facia wrap around flat roof. Another courteous worker who did top quality work.
