Craig came to our home, evaluated the situation and created a great plan to fix everything. We ended up replacing the wood around the door and installing an entirely new door. Craig did an exceptional job at recreating the decorative brick mold we had on the door frame by using PVC products. He corrected all the previous issues and now gave us a new solution that will withstand the weather for years to come. Extremely happy with his professionalism, punctuality, flexibility and pricing. "Showed up on time. To look at broken balances on windows. The Handyman unlocked our window sash with out hanging on top window which proceeded to fall down and he broke my bottom stops. It?s been over two weeks haven?t heard anything called five times I?ve given them my email still haven?t heard nothing. So basically I paid the handyman service $88 to break my window and never get back to us. For the simple reason I would not recommend this company. Lack of communication very unprofessional. Not to mention breaking something in your home and not staying in touch to simply let you they?re going to fix it ! They old saying goes first impressions are everything. This left a bad impression"

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
