"I called Jeff in the morning and he fit us in-between two other jobs for same day service.  Jeff was extremely professional and nice.  The talked to us as valued customers and taught us about our electrical switches and lights.  He was quick, professional, kind, and treated us like valued customers.  It is rare to see customer service like this in Yuma.  I will be recomending him to all our friends in Yuma.  I highly recommend Yuma Electric for your electrician needs.  A bonus is that they also install Solar Pannels which we will take full advantage of in the future.

"He explained everything he was doing. Almost like teaching me. You could tell heâ s passionate about his craft, and wasnâ t there just to take my money. He recommended upgrading my Recessed lighting fixtures to match the new switch he placed. It would be more energy efficient. I referred him to install my momâ s security cameraâ s, and she was very pleased with his work as well. She even hired him to run and outlet in the backyard for lighting. Highly recommend!!"

"I called in and requested service for a dead air conditioner.  Service was great, however I felt I was gouged on the price of the capacitor.   Invoice cost to me for the capacitor was $176.00, which I thought was excessive.  I chose not to engage the technician, believing the price was not his area of responsibility.  I looked up the part on the Internet, found several replacement parts available from $7 to $50.   I chose a sample from Airstar Solutions, $24.50, part number 97F9043, printed out the information and took it to the company office on 9/16/14.   I presented myself to the counter helper, asked for  a review of my invoice, as I felt there must be some mistake....a 700% markup, must be wrong.    I was assured that the price and the markup was the correct amount....I asked for the owner at that point.   I was informed the owner was not in, the counter person indicated she would pass on my request for a call back from the owner.   One week later, and I have not heard from the owner, but my check has been cashed.
I will not do business with this company again.

"I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
