"I was in need of a minor roof repair during the week between Christmas & New Year's. I reached out to several contractors and either left messages or spoke with someone. Most of the ones I left messages for never even bothered to call back, while those that did call back never provided an estimate nor followed up to schedule an appointment. Hi-5 contacted me and said they would send someone out to take a look. Nick came out on New Year's Eve and said he would type up an estimate and left saying, they would be happy to help out. He also said that he would try his best to try and get someone out asap before the next snowstorm but he cannot promise. I told him, "I appreciate the effort and if someone can make it that would be great." Then on January 11, 2 workers knocked on my door and said they were here to fix my roof. It was a bitterly cold day but they came out to fix my roof. It turns out that only about 5 shingles from my ridge vent needed to be replaced. Within about 20 minutes the guys were done and my roof was fixed. A call was made to Luis and the price was adjusted to reflect the labor that was done. I truly appreciate Hi-5 for coming out and helping me with my very minor roof repair, especially after so many companies did not even bother to return calls/messages. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the communication from Luis on the day that the workers showed up. I had no idea that they were coming the day they did. One of the workers said, "I think he called you." I told him that no one called me at all. I checked my email and there was an email that was just 2 hours old. Like I said a minor issue but a simple phone call would have been welcomed. Thank you again Hi-5 for coming out and I would definitely recommend you in the future."
