"Through, timely manner, polite. I thought the price was a little high for such a small job of carpet stretching. When I provided the materials (carpet padding, tacking strips). They did not vacuum after the job was complete."

"Santiago and his crew arrived on time and immediately started working on removing the existing carpeting and started installing the flooring which I had bought from Costco. They leveled the floor using the 1/4 board I had purchased to bring the carpeted floor to the linoleum floor height. By the end of the day they had completed nearly 80% of the job. The job took a total of 2.5 days which was nearly 800 sq. ft. and a staircase. I would highly recommend Santiago to anyone looking to have their flooring done. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. I will use his services in the future.

two days. Mike did an excellent job and I would recommend him to any one who needs roof work.
