"They came in, looked everything over, believed the leak was coming from the drain as there was no putty. Reset the drain and told us, “let’s start with this, see if it solves the problem.” if water continued to leak they would be back. Thankfully, that was exactly the source....no more leaks!!!"

"Everything went fine, Patrick came out the day after I called him to give me an estimate on the initial work which included the parts (75 gallon hot water heater and other parts) and labor.  Patrick and his guys showed up right on time and completed the majority of the work that day, the only problem was the radiator.  For anyone who has radiator heat knows that it can't be beat but replacing parts on an 80 + year old 500lb monster can be quite a task, after finally getting the proper parts and a lot of sweat,  the radiator was fixed and is running fine, thank goodness it didn't get cold in that time.  Patrick also gave me a price to fix the sewer pipe which would entail breaking out a portion of the concrete floor, digging down about 5 feet through chicago clay, replacing the broken section of pipe and re-cementing the floor. 
I decided to have this done a few weeks after the initial work, Patrick was unavailable but his wife,  brother and another worker showed up and did a great job.  I would defiantly recommend them for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

"I needed an exterior faucet fixed, so I called and left a message for Brandon. He called right back, I explained the problem, he gave me an estimate of time and cost over the phone which sounded reasonable, and we set an appointment for him to stop by and get the work done when it was convenient for my wife and I. He showed up right on time and got the work done faster and cheaper than expected. Since he finished quickly, we also had him install a new faucet in our kitchen sink. Again he did the work quickly and professionally. We are very pleased to have him as a resource for any future plumbing problems and will not hesitate to call him again. "Kitchen sink faucet "O" ring was broken and spraying water all over counter and wall.  They came promptly, could not get the part to repair the old faucet.  Replaced it with a new Kohler faucet (with an extended warranty). The repairman cleaned up after himself and was professional and courteous."
