"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

"It started well and steadily went downhill; and the job is still incomplete! I have pictures and text exchanges of everything that was going on. During the initial visit (May 19th), after the faucet came off, I realized the sink will also needed to be replaced. He said he has a sink and will be back in few days. I agreed. VISIT 2: The sink and faucet were installed but not without difficulties—he had hard time with the caulking gun, not realizing the foil inside the silicon bottle also needed to be poked in order for it to flow. We figured this out. Countertop around the sink was very messy, but I said I can clean it. I paid for the service, and was somewhat satisficed with the time and price. Few hours later with the sink weighted down, caulking was lifting/separating from the countertop and faucet was leaking. I texted the plumber with pictures and said he will stop by to see/fix it. VISIT 3: He came back, installed a new faucet and caulked the sink again. Faucet was working great, but caulking was unfinished and sloppy; and didn't hold either. Plumber said he will get a new sink. VISIT 4: Plumber arrived with the new sink but didn't bring the clips and went to Lowe's to get some. I was in a middle of an online work meeting so I let him work - he installed the sink and when he was leaving I quickly asked asked about caulking he said the sink sits tight without it but if I want I can caulk it, and I "Still have the silicon from last time" - That silicon tube was dried and gone, but I said I will try... I also did not check the faucet. Later that afternoon I realized the faucet was not installed properly, he did not clear the caulking from the previous sink before installing the new one. I googled how to install/caulk a kitchen sink and found out that the installer needs to spread caulking material before and after placing the sink. I contacted the plumber and he said that he had done above and beyond and will need to charge me if he needs to come again. My response to him was that I was asking him to come and finish a job he started. That was three days ago (June 9th) and I didn't hear anything back."

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Sonoita, AZ

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
