Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker. I got price estimates for some of these projects from people like â Attic Specialistsâ and the price from others was double."

"We drywalled out the interior of our garage, including the ceiling. Oscar quoted it at a fair price and even was able to paint and insulate as additional services. The job was done extremely well, despite some tricky corners and working around garage, plumbing, etc… Done in three days, cleaned up after they were gone and were extremely communicative through the whole process. "The SGK office staff were very polite and helpful and the gentleman that came out to do the estimate was also very polite and very knowledgeable. He knew a lot of information about the windows that I didn't even know. He spent a lot of time going over different types of windows and how the different ratings could benefit our home and be better for our home in the long run. I did collect a few quotes and in the end SGK was not the cheapest but the quality of their product I feel is well worth the cost. I also don't mind paying a little more since they took more time to answer questions and go over their product in a way that the other companies didn't. Overall I enjoyed meeting with SGK and would consider having them out again for any future projects."
