"My experience with Universal Roofing & Construction Group was very good. They are very nice people to work with. The owner and his son were on to the job quite often and whenever we pointed out a concern or a problem with their workers, they corrected it. We had few little issues regarding them covering some rotten wood, which was discovered. They came back immediately, supervised here while the job was going on, called the guys who did and corrected it. They not only placed the roof but they also did some new reconstruction and redesigned two low parts or sections of the roof. I will recommend them and tell everyone that this is one company they can use. My husband went there quite often and he just felt they were very attentive. We also had a subcontractor doing some other stuff for us and he kept an eye open too, since my husband couldn't be there during the project. There were some subcontractors who were not always here when they said they going to be. I hope we won't be using them again but if required I will use them again in the future."

"Randall Moore was my point of contact and he contacted me right away to schedule a time to meet my wife and I at the house to explain our options and the repair process. Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day. They also worked neat, which is not easy when tearing off thousands of pounds of roofing material. Thanks to everyone at Proguard for a great experience and a beautiful job!"

"The guy upgraded everything. The workers were fabulous guys. They came and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up after themselves. They just did a bang-up job when they went into the little room that's in my garage which has my air handler and stuff. They did a great job and I can't say enough nice things about them. It didn't cost me anything because I got it through an elderly situation. They were so fantastic. I went back to them to get the filters and the filters are really expensive like $100 a piece. They were able to give me a sample from a distributor which was lovely. So, I didn't have to pay for the new filter. I would have to do that in the spring again. If they charge me, I will happily pay it because they have more than earned their money as far as I am concerned. So, they deserve to get a mark-up on things that they provide great service on. They were competitive with all the other air conditioner guys in Gainesville and they had the best price. My electrical bill is half of what it was. I would use their services in the future too. I do use them for maintenance and parts as well."

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."
