The guys were terrific, it was a tough job in that part of the fence went through fairly heavy vegetation that required a lot of work to remove the old fence. "John and Nick have a lot of excellent skills for a small team.  This was a very big project for us as we were doing essential upgrades and needed renovations to our 25 year old house.  John and Nick excelled at the drywall repair, moulding installation, handrail installation and the very large ceiling project (which was to convert a popcorn-covered coffered ceiling to a standard ceiling with drywall and paint).  John and Nick did all of these well. They arrived promptly every morning, worked hard and staged the work. Given the total painting job, it was necessary to move furniture, declutter rooms and shift things around in a large home to be able to paint rooms in 3 colors, and this took us over 3 weeks, and it is unlikely it could have been done sooner with 2 people and the need for us to remove items and furniture from rooms and move items from room to room.  

Overall, the paint work was done well and the results look very nice. We purchased the paint and some basic supplies, John provided everything else.  Our only complaint about the whole process is that we felt that areas of our home could have been much better protected and covered with tarps when ceilings were rolled and large areas were painted. We found that we had to scrape paint spots off a lot of surfaces and some tops of furniture which was an annoyance to an otherwise well done job. We will also say that the coffered ceiling job looks outstanding and was such a major undertaking that we decided to provide more compensation for that part of the work once we saw the difficulty of that part of the project.  When asked to return for some touchup work, John readily complied."

I called and set up an appointment early June and the Rep (Ray) was right on time.  He provided me with the estimate and all the information I needed to make a decision.  The fencing was a privacy fence and the panels were 6' x6' so 10 panels were needed and 11 post.  He explained that they use a high grade cement which is mixed and poured not the quick set type.  This fence was not the normal vinyl fence it was a 3 dimensional look of stone and finished the same on both sides so neighbor got the same look as we did.  The fence was more expensive than a plain vinyl fence but we wanted something different and this was it.  You can see it at their website or at the Simtek (manufacturer of the fence) web site.

The work was scheduled for 7/12 and the team showed up at 8am as promised.  the 2 guys went right to work, Steve was the leader and was very good in explaining everything they would be doing.  They had on of those scopes on a tripod to assure the fence would be level on top.  There was a 4 inch difference from one end of the run to the other.  We decided to keep the fence level on top and we would fill the gap along the bottom with dirt and mulch to make the bottom of the fence appear even to the ground.  They spent the next 4 hours installing the fence and did a great job.  The fence looked beautiful and the cleaned up all leftover debris and leveled the ground with the dirt from the holes that were dug for the post.  A great job and we couldn't be happier. We have already rec'd a lot of rave reviews from everyone who has seen the new fence.

"Adam and his crew did an amazing job giving our yard some TLC. He is a peoples person and very professional. I was pleased to have met him in person which he prefers. The crew edged and mulched our flower beds. They trimmed all our trees and removed shrubs that were diseased with mold. Kimberly (Yard Mgr) Adam’s right hand ma’am spent special detailing to dig up river rocks that were buried and outlined the mulch and it look awesome. Adam also identified a sick tree that was poorly planted and suggested removing. Overall we are extremely excited and pleased with our yard.
