He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. ON THE 2ND CONTRACT, THEY SIDED AND REPLACED THE WINDOWS IN MY OLD BARN, WHICH WAS CONVERTED TO A GARAGE MANY YEARS AGO. THE BARN WAS NEVER SIDED (WAS BUILT IN 1912) .THEY INSTALLED THE SIDING, THE NEW WINDOWS, REPAIRED THE DAMAGED WOOD, CLEANED AND PREPED THE GARAGE, INSTALLED INSULATION, CREATED A SOFFIT (THE BARN HAD NEVER HAD A SOFFIT). REFRAMED AND SHIMMED THE NEW FRAMES AND INSTALLED NEW ALUMINUM TRIM ALL AROUND.MY BARN NOW LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETELY NEW STRUCTURE.
ONCE AGAIN THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB, EFFICIENTLY, CLEANLY, AND DID NOT INCONVENIENCE ME.
I WAS ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THE COST
MY NEXT BIG JOB WILL BE FINISHING MY BASEMENT NEXT YEAR AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO GIVE THEM A CALL WHEN I AM READY.
