Once the project started, we checked-in with Ever, every morning, and he was very patient to discuss our concerns and answer our questions, so that we would be on the same page. He made sure we are happy with his work at each step of the project, and now that the project is complete, we are very happy with his work. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer.
