"this is a review about what went right. Caroline called me within a couple of hours of my inquiry on Angie's List. We set up an appointment for that same day with Steve. He reviewed the roof and proposed project, which was to replace the asphalt shingles. I was originally thinking about a metal roof and he provided me some good perspective on this choice. He left me with a detailed proposal which covered everything. Two days later we signed a contract for this job. Although it has been a really rainy season they completed this job within the estimated timeframe. The crew and dumpster arrived on the arranged day. My house is kind of small but I was surprised when they finished in little over six hours, including cleanup. The clean up was done as they proceeded and they left my yard in better shape than when they arrived. The roof looks great and just in time for our first snow. When I realized I needed a roof I got a bit scared as there are a lot of scams out there.
