"Trademark bulilding has done projects for us on two occasions. The first was a master bath remodel. They helped us deal with insurance and assure we were treated fairly in the process. The bathroom turned out beautiful and was done timely. The next was a bigger task. The plan was to redo the kitchen and it morphed into a total first floor makeover. Derrick had several contacts that were extremely helpful with cabinets, design, layout, appliances - everything. They all played a part in making the difficult tasks easy. The crew was there working consistently. Everything was timed perfectly and there was no lag. Many of my friends/family that has done in home construction complained about the lack of contractors and projects being pushed and or unfinished after excessive amounts of time. Definitely not the case with Trademark. They want to complete the project the right way and will assure the customer is overly satisfied with the outcome. I'd never use anyone else!"

"I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. My kitchen use to be enclosed, making it, and the surrounding rooms, seem very small. However, once Morpho Carpentry opened it up by essentially taking half of two different walls down, the entire area feels so much more spacious. They also gave me more storage for me by adding lower cabinets and a breakfast bar (so I was able to get rid of my kitchen table) which provided even more space. I am so pleased with the work. "Bob and his crew did a renovation on a condo for us. They painted the whole house and replaced all trim and doors. They installed a new Ikea kitchen, floor and counter tops. They put in a new sink, toilet and tub. They also painted and cleaned up the basement. It all looks like new and we are very pleased.  <br /> Bob is extremely easy to work with and willing to do whatever you ask. They showed up on time and were professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves when it was all done. We plan to hire them again in the future. This is the second complete renovation they have done for us. <br />"

"This was our first time remodeling.  Jason explained everything very clearly, asked many questions to be clear what we wanted (including lots of things we hadn't considered), had lots of advice once he understood our objectives, presented options (including realistic pros and cons of different choices) and provided a very clear and detailed quote.  He started the work on time, and completed it ahead of schedule.  He let us know what he would be doing each day, and told us when he needed each decision from us (choice of cabinets, tile, granite, faucets, etc).  The suppliers he works with had extensive choices, were extremely helpful, and obviously liked and respected Jason. <br /> Everything looks great and we are very happy with the work.  The only issue that came up after the work was done was an issue with the new glass shower door.  I called Jason about it, he called the supplier, and it was repaired that morning. <br /> We have already recommended Jason to others, and will continue to do so."
