Second, when a raccoon tore open the roof it left a mess of insallation and a gaping hole. Bel come over the night before a heavy rain and did an emergency repair. The follwong day he came over and made a complete permenant repair in the three areas torn up by the raccoon. High quality, totally professional, VERY responsive and customer focused. "The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."
