He had a couple of his kids helping and he put them, one had cement from the previous original job and he put that facing up instead of using the blocks that were on top as the top. And some of them were broken and he just put them back in and there wasn't enough and he couldn't find anything to use additionally to fill in for the ones that were missing and I'm not sure if it was quite as straight as it should be but it's in place well enough to be effective."
