Second, when a raccoon tore open the roof it left a mess of insallation and a gaping hole. Bel come over the night before a heavy rain and did an emergency repair. The follwong day he came over and made a complete permenant repair in the three areas torn up by the raccoon. High quality, totally professional, VERY responsive and customer focused. He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. They took the time to walk around the house with while I explained what I needed and they also offer other services in the event I need to have them come back and do other work. They explained that by putting down 10% the price would be locked in for six months and gave me a two month extension. I have a house that was built in 1900, its sheathed with 1" boards and because its Timber-Framed the stud spacing is 20-22 inches on the building so I addressed the issue that would come up if they took out the sheathing and they said no problem. They'll just put plywood over the existing sheathing, then put down a waterproof membrane and then install the metal roofing I want and the house will gave a new fresh look. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. This was just an estimate they did but they were still top notch. I'm looking forward to when the roof gets replaced."
