"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! "Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property.

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
