PBR took the time to understand my needs and the restrictions of the room and transformed the area. PBR coordinated all details of the project from getting permits, to delivery of materials, and to scheduling the plumbers, floor installers, and electrician. "The reason I have Matt 4.5 stars and not 5 was the problem did not need repairing .He took the time to check out the leak and other plumbing issues while he was there(about 1 1/2 hrs.)And disclosed to me the issue was nothing severe and did not need replacing or repairing He could have taken me for a ride and he did not.Very honest I will call him back for any other issues and let you know how his work is.He seems very thorough and consciousness."
