"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"We had Capital Construction replace the siding, windows, and doors at our house. Their work is low quality. Windows were not completely fastened, casing was a hack job, and our door sweep after 1.5 years of use is falling apart. I would not recommend hiring Capital Construction for any project."

"One of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with in my life. Nothing but runaround, lies, and lack of accountability. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."

"The Couto Construction crew consist of Devyn, Logan and Kevin. They greeted with a positive and friendly manner. They came to install 10 window replacements. They are definitely, professional and efficient men. They did the 10 windows in one day. They took out the 10 old stubborn windows and replace with 10 new window replacements. Each of them definitely did their job fantastic. They took out the old windows, place the new ones, seal, etc. When they finish their job, they clean up outside and inside the home. I was shown the functions of the window. I tried the window and it is fantastic to open and clean. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends to have Couto Construction do the job needed for their home."
