When I called Creative Home Remodeling, Candy took the time to explain the process of restoration and refurbishing. Because of the pandemic, it took me a couple of months more to get back to them. Kris came out and also took his time explaining what was to be done and also carefully listening to what I would like to be done. His advice was very helpful. This project was a new experience for me, and I appreciated his confidence and patience. Kris and his workers’ attention throughout the process made this remodel much less stressful. "Our bathroom sub floor rotted out due to a wall mounted toilet. Because of the unique design and placement, we knew getting it fixed would be a challenge. What we didn't anticipate was the excuses we got from other contractors and most didn't even want to fix the problem; just patch over it. Charlie and son Oran are a terrific team: Charles supplied passion, vision, and experience, while Oran brought a calm, confident high tech savvy to the job--his ipod pictures, emails, and website info all helped us visualize various possibilities. The crew was competent, cheerful, and reasonably neat. There were some snags along the way, but Charles worked through problems with us, fairly and honestly. "Art did several projects in one big project. He painted the interior to include a wood beam ceiling. He ripped up tile and carpet to replace with hardwood floor, and refinished the hardwood floor so that it all matched with a beautiful dark oak finish. It was gorgeous. He was timely, affordable, professional, and trustworthy. Saved me money when he could. I am going to hire him to do our bathroom job next. Would highly recommend for any of your project needs."
