"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "I hired K&M Enterprises Deluxe Decking to install a cable fence at my waterfront property, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The project required multiple return visits (approximately six) to correct ongoing issues. There were repeated problems with workmanship, including loose cables, improper or missing hardware, and sections that did not meet basic safety standards. At one point, the spacing did not meet the 4-inch code requirement, which is a serious concern for any residential installation. While the contractor ultimately came back and made enough corrections for the fence to be usable, the overall quality of the work and attention to detail remained below what I would consider professional. I had to spend a significant amount of time overseeing the work and pointing out issues that should have been caught by the company. Communication and project oversight were also lacking. The number of corrections needed reflects a clear break"
