They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."

"They came out and told us to snake the line from the roof would be $325. They proceeded to do the work, and without telling us .. they tacked on a $250 charge for “digging” a little to the septic lid. They took the opportunity to scare my wife and tell her that the tank needed a full pump, pressure wash and a new lid. Said services would cost $3,500 to complete. We paid the service for snaking the line, but went for a new estimate. The new company said my septic is in good shape and didn’t need any pumping. They went on to do a lid for $400 and total job cost for the same services would have been $1000 not $3,500 like these bastards quoted. I was lucky I got another opinion. Our tech from the new company knows A alligator and said they are now known for “up selling and forcing the techs to produce.” Which is a nice way of saying the techs are told to sell and create work, and ask for more money.” STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS."
