In the end, I bought a new refrigerator so overall spent more money trying to fix it, so I would have expected their recommendation to buy a new one on the first visit (instead of spending almost 70% of what a new one costs). But I dont think he or anyone else can ever be sure of what it will cost to fix am appliance. Overall, I will call him again, but I will ensure that the cost of repair vs new one is clearly articulated in the beginning and what would be the refund criteria if the problem is not fixed."
