"After reaching out to several recommendations on Facebook, receiving extremely high quotes, I decided to try Angi. I received my first call within minutes. Leo Tighe offered to stop by and see the project and provide a quote. The work which included interior construction of drywall and plastering of walls and ceiling in a bathroom being remodeled. Leo was kind, thoughtful and professional. He did excellent work, and completed the entire job, including moving the existing door, from start to finish at a very reasonable rate. I have a few projects that I will definitely have him do in the very near future. I would highly recommend Leo Tighe to anyone."

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"Eddie & Simon saved the day when a less than professional contractor not only did a poor job on installing our new our front stoop and walkway, but also did not complete the job. They showed up with tools in hand to assess the problem, identified all the issues and told us how they would fix them. We got estimates from four masons and chose Eddie & Simon as we felt they were not only knowledgeable but they were also honest, direct, and fair in their pricing. As it turns out, they even modified their schedule to squeeze our job in (including part of a holiday weekend) because we were on a deadline to complete the masonry before landscaping work could be finished. I agree with the prior reviewer who said not to worry about lack of paperwork (we sorted everything out via text msg) because Eddie & Simon are talented and nice guys who know their stuff and get the job done right!"

"Our 6 unit, townhouse style, condo association exterior building was in need of paint job. It had been approximately a decade or so since the units had been painted. There was rotted wood, two outside decks per unit, and a very difficult to get to section in the back due to our unique landscaping situation. We acquired 2 quotes and Souza painting was less than 1/2 of the other quote we received. We decided to go ahead with Souza painting and we most certainly made the right choice. Marcio was up front and honest regarding start dates and his overall approach, he was on site everyday there was scraping and/or painting. His crews were professional, efficient, and quick. Every day around sunset they would clean up any ladders, brushes, or equipment on site. I would most certainly recommend Souza painting to anyone, especially friends and family. -Craig"
