"Tony was the only one to promptly return my call when a pipe had sprung a leak one evening. Tony returned my call that same evening and gave me a quote as to cost and said he would try to come by the end of week. Came when he said he would. Very reliable and efficient and most importantly honest. Been hard to find someone who could recommend a trustworthy plumber. He gave me a fair price and stuck with it. The other company who returned my call the next day could not come until the next week and quoted me a price twice as much. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it. A good honest dependable plumber. What more could you ask for? Will be hiring Tony again-he s ggrrreat!!!"

"I had a wet basement that had been a problem in my home for years before purchase of my home. The placement of a Sump pump and floor drain tile appears to stop wet foundation walls and floor. The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Dana was able to come out just a few days after I called (it wasn't an emergency). Dana and Jake arrived just a few minutes after the agreed-on time. They were courteous and professional, and went right to work examining the spigot and figuring out the problem. They explained things clearly as they went along, which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, but with friendliness and a good sense of humor. They had the new spigot and piping in their truck, and did a tidy and thorough job removing the old spigot and installing the new one. The price was reasonable (and clearly explained when they outlined the couple of options we had to do a partial fix or a replacement), and Dana put together a detailed invoice before we paid him. Out of 3 bids, he was the only one to come to our house to look at how to route the system. He wasn't in a hurry and explained everything to me in layman's terms. "Work was very high-quality and done quickly and as cleanly as concrete removal/replacement can be. We have had water issues in our basement over the years and decided to finally do a long-term solution. We went with Standard Water Control largely because we had gotten a quote from them a few years earlier and were impressed with the sales guy's professionalism. Standard Water Control ripped up the old cement along the edges of the house and installed drain tile, then came back the next day and sealed it back up. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the work. The people we interacted with were all very helpful and professional. The new sump pump is electronically monitored so we can see its status at a glance. It went so well that we decided to have the radon mitigation pump installed by them as well, which they came back to do a few weeks later. The price includes all of this."
