The estimate was detailed and inclusive and was stuck to exactly including reimbursement for unused panels . The work was completed as promised and on schedule. When the city came to inspect what they dug up it failed because they didn?t have what the city needed. I backed out of my basement walkout because this contractor does not have the proper knowledge or resources to figure out what the city needs. They consistently gave me inaccurate information. I knew it was a red flag when they showed up 4 hours late to my original consultation. I regret hiring them and I suggest looking into other options if you live in west valley and want to hire these people. They?re unaware of what the city requires. "
