New ceiling, walls, and flooring, fanlight with duct work to roof, sealing existing leaks on roof, upgrading electrical, replacing and repositioning plumbing as needed, installing tub/shower, vanity and top, medicine cabinet, lights, door, trim, and all hardware. Dave replaced the existing window with a larger one, and new trim inside and out. And he did this all himself. I can't say enough good things.
