They returned within 2 to 3 hours and did a thorough inspection. Turns out there was no problem with the roof leaking - it was condensation. While they were here, they even changed a lightbulb near the attic access. No charge for any of it. This is the second time I have had them come out to look at something that may need to be repaired.
