Dave was able to turn around this scary project into a wonderfully crafted beautiful looking bathroom. He is a very super detail oriented passionate artist. The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. The team was courteous, professional and communicated regularly with us. This was the first time we did anything at this scale (a complete gutting and rebuild of the kitchen) and the Monk's team answered all my many questions and helped set my mind at ease. They were very clear on what could be done and provided great recommendations and guidance (These cabinet, fixture, backsplash and wall colors should work well together. Update the lighting.
