When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

Jean called within hours of my request on Angies List, came the next day to measure and estimate a price for the wall and floor prep and all tile and grout installation as well as a quote for a custom shower door. The price was very reasonable and he explained the Schluder System products he would use to back the wall tiles and floor for complete waterproofing. We supplied our own tile but he brought everything else. His workers put up the backer board in the shower stall, poured the mud bed in the shower, levelled the bathroom floor and put down cement board in one day. The workers were at our house between 630 and 700am every day and worked til 6pm or later for the time it took to complete the bathroom. They used a laser leveler so the subway tiles in the shower stall are perfectly placed and centered. The bathroom floor and shower stall look amazing. We're so glad Jean and his crew did this project for us. We would hire them again without reservation and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work."

"Construction started on time. The employees were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. They made any minor changes requested on-the-spot. Their work was beautiful and professionally done with no short cuts taken. The majority of the work was completed on time. The inspection process took longer than expected but this was due to the inspector providing incomplete instruction on what changes were needed. We recommend Marco Polo based on the quality of the work at a competitive price."

The outside stairway is secure to our garage second level and the skylights are installed with inside framing done to our satisfaction. The outside roofing and windows look excellent. "When we were ready, a person came to my home and prepared a template of the countertops out of wood. Installation was smooth and professional. Every fit perfectly! The installers were so good! They cleaned up afterward, measured for the faucet to be an exact fit, and explained what cleaning products were best for the Corian. My kitchen looks beautiful!! This company is highly recommended. Do ask about the Corian sink verses the stainless steel. The the stainless steel sink ends up costing more because there is an additional charge for installing it. The Corian sink is so pretty, seamless and has a clean finished look to it.
