"I call this company a guy name Paul picked up and then he send a guy name Raj. The guy told me $400 for the fix and tone up for my steam boiler. Then he didn't even drain the water and clean the boiler. Next day the boiler was flooded and I call them and for next 2 days they kept telling me they are coming and never showed up! So I had to get some other guy to fix the issue. *This company overcharge you and don't do the job properly and leave you hanging*"

"I got a great quote from them -- the first to respond once I put in my project info on Angi -- and set up an appointment for a few days later. They ever showed. It was technically a holiday so I have them the benefit of the doubt and called to see what happened. No apology, just a vague "they must have messed it up in the office." I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes. Well, now it's an hour after the appointment time and he has not arrived, nor called to indicate he is running late. While it seems like some people had a positive experience when they actual show up, it shouldn't be this hard to get someone to come to an appointment they have made."

"I cannot highly recommend Premier Services, enough! MY 29 year old UTICA Boiler kicked the bucket, and so Boris came the very next day to give me a consultation. My gut feeling told me that they are what I required in changing my boiler. He got me a "Williamson", and the technician, Slava, Oleg, and a 3rd gentleman, were very professional, knowledgeable, & honest. They arrived on time, were very polite & clean, They explained exactly what I needed to do to maintain my boiler in great working order. There price was very reasonable, & I even took the annual maintenance agreement, so that I can have piece of mind. THEY HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! "It was an absolute joy and delight working with Tarique and Andrew. My initial conversation with Tarique was very professional and informative. He put me at ease and i felt comfortable asking questions about the project throughout. I really appreciated that we could coordinate and send pics of the issues beforehand so there would be no surprises at the time the work started. His quote was reasonable, not the cheapest option but the last time i went for the cheaper option I got stuck with a plumber who triggered my PTSD.
