"Due to a broken drainpipe in the kitchen we had to redo the lower half of our cabinets, etc. The contractor our insurance company referred got horrible reviews. I wanted a trustworthy contractor to repair our home. Finding one who would take on a smaller job like ours was a challenge. We needed a window, drywall, paint, lower cabinets, countertop istallation, backsplash. The thought of finding tradespeople for each of these was overwhelming. We were so relieved when Tony came out, was his usual competent self, then sent a reasonable estimate for the project. There is nothing Tony can't do to make it work, and his subcontractors are great too. I had a "crisis" towards the end because I decided I needed a window frame rather than use Schluter edging. i called Tony at the 11th hour and he came out and built a window frame in less than 2 hours from an inspo photo I showed him. He did a great job and we are so happy to have a new and improved kitchen. "

"He gave us an estimate then went to Home Depot to get supplies, for which we paid. He spread a drop cloth on entry pavement. He removed old pain pieces on frame, cut the screen he bought in half and screwed them to the bottom of each door. He then spray painted the doors white. The doors needed more paint, so he went to Home Depot again and bought additional cans of paint (12 in total). I got sick from the paint smell, so my sister took over. When he finished she paid him. When I was able to inspect the job, I saw a hole in one doors screen and long screws sticking out 3/4" on both screens. I sent hime a text message to his phone, but got no response, so I phoned him to discuss the matter. He said his drill slipped punching to hole in the screen and that's the only screws he had. "Easy communication. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed where there is no attic access. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."

"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."
