They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

"Responsive to request for service. Provided quote and completed work quickly and well upon agreement to contract for service. Safely removed very large tree and did two stump grinding. Cleaned up very well after their work and ensured my property and possessions around the work were not damaged in the Process. 2nd time I have used their services and I highly recommend. "It went terribly. The contractor hired a subcontractor but claimed that they were his crew. The work that was performed by the subcontractor was terrible. The J channel was installed improperly and damaged. When they started installing the siding, they damaged it. Four existing windows were damaged and needed to be replaced due to structural damage. When we reached out to the contractor, he offered to fix it, but it was a band-aid fix. The contractor then provided a Certificate of Liability for the subcontractor and told us not to mention his name or company to the insurance company and to tell the insurance company that we had hired the subcontractor ourselves. It takes a year to get a settlement from subcontractor insurance. We are writing about this so that it may save someone else from suffering this problem or loss. We had provided all materials, and the contract was for labor."
