"Very well. Initial call returned within an hour. Michael arrived for appointment exactly on time, explained what he would do and what it would cost. He cut through dry wall and removed outside bricks. I had already ordered the door from Amazon and was mistakenly shipped the door without proper installation kit, so he had to make a second trip out for the actual installation, but did not charge me anything further. Very satisfied. He is a very friendly, very pleasant and very professional man and I highly recommend him."

"After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.

"The whole process was a very positive experience.  Pat Amos, the owner, came out right away to quote the job and after we discussed the work to be done, explained in detail what exactly would be done and how long it would take.  The Team showed up when they said they would and were professional and courteous, answering any questions I had.  The demolition of the porch steps and sidewalk plus the drilling out of the old mortar was all done on the first day and the refuse was disposed of and the site cleaned up before they left. The guys worked their butts off, continuing to work even during a light rain!   The whole process from demolition to removal of the forms and final cleanup took 4 days (including time for the inspection)!  The railings were installed a week or so later.  I can't say enough about how well the work was done and how great the house looks now.  The front of my old house looks  100% better!

"The tuck-pointing and waterproofing were done last year. The grout color did not match so they came out this year and ground out and replaced the grout and now it looks great! There was still a small leak after the waterproofing and they repaired that also. They are great workers and very trustworthy. Jordan was great to deal with and I would highly recommend Brick Concepts

"Work was completetd satisfactorily but it seems that $99 for 4 hours masonry work was not applied as advertised. The subcontracor did not seem to have any idea how coupon works other than to subtract $99 from his price.
