Justin and Danielle at Hamilton Hardwood were by far the superior salespeople.  They went the extra mile to make us feel like our floors were as important to them as they are to us.  They ensured us that everything would go smoothly and be completed on time (their promise was kept).  We were amazed at how gorgeous the floors turned out.  Everyone who steps into our home comments on how great the floors look.  Danielle even came to do some touch up work after we moved in.  Hamilton Floors is a newer and smaller company so they spend the time to do the job right the first time.  Don't waste your money on a big corporation that will send one of their "expert" crews out who only care about getting the job done as fast as possible.  Justin and Danielle are highly recommended, and their work was worth every penny.  At the very least, have them come to your home to give you an estimate.  You have nothing to lose, and you will probably end up hiring them to do your floors, too.

"The owner and sales people were knowledgeable and gave good recommendations.  The installers were excellent , experienced and very kind and thoughtful.  They showed great pride in their work and did a nice job of cleaning up.  They were prompt and worked on our floors until it was complete; whereas, some companies will bounce back and forth between jobs.  They installed a box trim around our fireplace which really stands out.  It's beautiful.  Our hickory floors are gorgeous and we would recommend Builders Custom Flooring.
