"I used Craftmasters to do our kitchen design. They were great to work with and really listened to how I used my kitchen and what I wanted. Afterwards, I decided to use them to do the remodel. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes I got. But it was worth it because you get a dedicated project manager who handles all the details so we didn't have to. Again, great to work with. Kitchen turned out wonderful and every time I am in there I love it more! Especially the cabinets and countertops. Makes a world of difference when I'm cooking!"

Good customer service and very responsive to email questions throughout the project.  We had an early surprise at the start of the project, not to vendor's doing, and they were very responsive in identifying a solution and cost.  We added a few things along the way and again they were very responsive in giving us a price and timing.  We had problems with a consistent finish on the new wood flooring and while I would have preferred a faster response to correct the problem I know that it is not always that simple when working with subcontractors and their schedule.  The 'quality' of the work is truly the best and I would hire Craftsman Renovations for future projects.

"It went great. The biggest mistake I made in this kitchen remodel was not to call Spartan first. I called just to have existing cabinets installed. Most companies scoffed or didn't seem interested. Mike came over right away assigned his cabinet maker to the project and ended finishing the rest of the project including floor, trim, countertops and glass tile. They finished the project off nicely. They will be my company for any other work I will be doing over the next few years."

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Bernie Jones had detailed and measured drawings and detailed prices when he presented his estimate. All contractors were excellent, professional and on the job as promised and any questions were answered promptly. Everything that was promised, was delivered. A pleasure to have them in my home. 5 years later, there have been no problems. Bernie is always available to answer any questions. Two of my neighbors, after seeing our remodel, have also had their kitchens remodeled. Our son has had work don in his 1931 home in Minneapolis. I would not hesitate to use them again."

The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling).
