"I called the 800 number and they were able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient to me. I was scheduled for 1-4, and they showed up promptly at 1:00. Not only was the truck emblazoned with the company logo, the men identified themselves and presented their paper work as identification. Upon entering the house they took care to cover their shoes. The cleaned the entire house (11 areas) in about an hours, which included applying their deodorizing treatment.  As I have 2 cats, who do mark the carpets, I was very pleased with the results, which eliminated all of the odors in the carpeting.  In addition, not only did the carpets smell clean, they were obviously clean, especially as I have light color carpets.  In addition, the nap was brought back up, which make the pattern more visible again. "Dennis was fantastic.  He made sure he was aware of any and all spots that concerned me before he started.  He explained the process and how he was going to approach things beforehand as well.  When he was most of the way done he asked me to inspect it and he reworked any areas where I felt I could still see stains.  <br /> In the end our carpet was thoroughly clean and it was completely dry within 2 hours.  Much quicker than other carpet cleaners.   <br /> Dennis used a protectant on our stairs and also left me some spot remover in case we get any spots between cleanings. <br /> He was extremely professional and accommodating and he did great work.  I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my family and friends. <br />"

"I dealt with Tammy, who is the owner of the company.  After some initial difficulties in connecting and getting a time setup to complete an estimate, she was excellent.  She was very helpful in explaining the different options for our basement and brought with her 2 x 2 ft examples of the actual epoxy finishes.  We initially thought we were going to do a concrete stain finish, but after seeing the epoxy's marble-like appearance, we decided to go with it instead.  Their prices were also much cheaper than the 4 other companies we talked to (less than half the price).  We are very pleased with the floor and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  Highly recommended! <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
