"They did excellent worl. they cleaned up after the roofing was installed."

"Roof looks great. Was respectful of the new driveway we had installed just prior to the roof. They made sure the old shingles were thrown to the side of the driveway and not on, also painted the white gas pipe black to match the roof Kip"

"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"We recently experienced an amazing, satisfying week with Caron Roofing and Construction. Several leaks in our roof appeared during a month of sometimes heavy rain. I called Justin Caron to come take a look at possible repairs. He came the following day. He recommended total roof replacement, including a rubber membrane covering the nearly flat roof over the two-car garage. Our home was built in 1905 and last re-roofed thirty or forty years ago. It needed replacement, and Justin’s estimate of price was reasonable. Justin made a formal written proposal the next day, and, after discussion, agreement on the work was reached. Necessary materials arrived the following morning, with the roofing work scheduled for the day after. Bang! A little after seven in the morning of the fourth day after my initial call, the work crew arrived, along with every imaginable piece of equipment and tool needed. Netting was placed to protect plants and flowers. Two dumpsters were deployed to collect trash. The 12 person crew worked as a coordinated team, purposely, professionally, and proficiently. By afternoon’s end, the roofing was done. The crew gathered up their equipment, finished removal of all the old roofing, and tidied up the yard. They restored everything to the “as before” condition, except now we had a wonderful new roof. Four days from first call to completed job. Well done!"

"They do not install standing seam metal roofing."

"Freeman and Sons recently replaced my old metal roof with a new shingle roof and they did a great job! Brad was easy to work with from start to finish, always quick to answer my questions and keep me informed of any changes such as a delay due to weather. I went to work in the morning with an old roof and came home to a new roof-everything done in one day including the clean up. I definitely recommend Freeman and Sons!"

"Expensive, but very professional. Straightforward quote process, work done quickly and run on schedule, good workmanship, thorough cleanup"

"Crew showed up right on time as advertised to replace my shed roof Completed the job quickly and efficiently with exceptional care cleaning up Very personal and professional work men Replace roof at a very fair price I will contact this company again for any further home improvement"

"Gavin and his crew did an excellent job on tearing our old deck off (that was falling in on itself) and replaced it with a beautiful deck at a reasonable price. We had some on unforeseen rot but he took care of it before I even knew about it. They all were very polite and they worked from the time they got there till the time they left. There was no standing around every two minutes to take a smoke break. In the end we upgraded some things and paid a little more than what was quoted but it was all worth it for the end product. Thank you to Gavin and his crew for giving us a deck our family will enjoy for years to come. 👏😊"

"The roof replacement was performed exactly the it was explained to me, shingle colors are perfect, exactly what we went over, and the people performing the replacement were friendly and respectful"
