Second, when a raccoon tore open the roof it left a mess of insallation and a gaping hole. Bel come over the night before a heavy rain and did an emergency repair. "I contacted Byam Construction for a roof repair estimate in September of 2022. Mr. Byam promptly came to the house to evaluate and provide a written detailed quote. Prior to hiring, without obligation, he applied a temporary patch to prevent any additional damage. After evaluating several quotes, I hired Byam Construction. As scheduled, his worker showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manor. It has been several months and the repair survived the winter and I expect it will survive many more.
