Santos showed me each step of the way the broken parts that needed to be replaced. There was also a rumbling noise in the ground and he knew exactly what it was. Mind you the prior season an actual irrigation company heard it and said he didn't know what it was and left for another time to figure out. Santos and his guys dug it up, showed me how the root of the tree was obstructing the water line and then redirected the line. My irrigation system has never worked this well since I've been living here. Given the number of new replacements, digging and equipment it wasn't cheap, but I believe it was fair. I'd rather pay for expert knowledge and a complete job than having to keep calling someone who isn't so evidently knowledgeable and doesn't do the right job."
